Why no self-serve tier?
Every building is different. Different protocols, different equipment configurations, different utility structures, different tenant leases. A click-and-subscribe model doesn't account for that complexity.
We scope every engagement to make sure you get real value. That means understanding your portfolio, your goals, and what kind of savings are actually achievable — before you sign anything.
We also move fast. Most customers see their first significant insight within 48 hours of connecting their data. We're not interested in customers who “set it and forget it” and never look at results.
